I have a little coding problem maybe someone has as idea?

When I run a program as a service I get the error:
OLE error code 0x80080005: Server execution failed.

This error happens on the line.
Append General &cMemoName From (lcTempFile) Class "RICHTEXT.RICHTEXTCTRL.1"

I also tried:
Append General &cMemoName From (lcTempFile)

The Problem only happens when I run the exe as a service if I just click the exe and run it normally its fine.

Any ideas at all?
