Wayne:
Just wanted to update you on our pursuit of using XML Web Services to solicit data from our website. Thus far, all we've done is follow the "walkthough" on MS's website. We used our data instead of tastrade's and it seemed to work ok.

Of course, now the questions start to arise. Perhaps you are familiar enough with the procedure that you can answer some of these.

1. We have a hosted site and I'm wondering where the DLL (Com server) and WSDL file are copied on the site. I'm pretty sure the data file containing our users will be located in our "database" folder, but I'm thinking the DLL and WSDL file can be copied to the www root folder. Is this correct?

2. Do we have to install any VFP 8 runtimes or anything for web services to run properly?

3. I think I read that we have to include the w3sclient class from the FFC in our app. Anything else that needs to be included in the app?

Appreciate your help and I'm just a little surprised that more people aren't talking about this.

Best, John
