Have you Registered the control with Windows?

In a DOS box, CD to Windows\System
Type regsvr32 nameofcontrol.ocx
Press Enter key
Message should come up informing you of success or failure (usually success) of registering the control. Until you do this, neither Windows nor VFP knows about the control!
