There is one more way. Place an OLE control on the button and then put the picture in it. OLE control will have the facility of isometric and stretch etc. However for text you will have to place a label on the button. And don't forget to call the click method of button from the OLE and label controls.

Naturally, it will make the control 'heavier'. But in case you want the thing to be achieved, you have to pay the price !!
