That is what we are doing now. The main problem is bandwidth constraints over a WAN. There seems to be a lot less problems with bandwidth comparing SQL vs. copying files over the WAN. Even though these files only occupy 30 - 50 Kb, they can clog up a WAN quite quickly. At this point, SQL resources are a far less problem than bandwidth.
