Hi,
1. Make sure "Using Simple File Sharing" set to unchecked.
Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | Views | Using Simple File Sharing
2. Navigate to your database folder
Right click | Properties | Securities | Add | Advanced | Find Now |
3. Select both users and click OK
