did I miss the obvious ?
the code you referenced
connects to a web site
and slings xml [and might even read].

You can do that with VFP as well.

If you need to 'put images on form' - any
controls referenced should be able to
be viewed from the VFP class browser,
and there is a magic button to 'create the interface code'
