Nope. I have a several pixels above the top of an image on my child form, but it appears with the top of the image cut off. The Main Menu occupies space between pixel 0 and pixel (Me.MenuBarHeight), and if ChildForm.Top is set to less than (Me.MenuBarHeight), its top is hidden by the menu bar.
