Hi Randy--

I am not sure but perhaps the excel sheet you are working with has some type of protection applied to it?. Try a simple Excel Sheet with just a few columns and rows of data first and see if the code works correctly for you. Or maybe you have something wrong with your Jet Driver? Maybe install the latest MDAC?
