Tuesday night was one of the baddest meetings we have had in a long time. Everything was enabling. Eberything was useable.

Ed Harding reviewed embedded printer control and restraints.

Mark Murphree finished up with his very excellent VFP-SQL conversion "wizard". After the tell we got the show - a SQL DB was created from DBFs and the program that [previouslessly] used the DBFs, seamlessly worked the SQL tables with no change to the code. Mark's presentaton is something you have to see to believe!

The came Claudio - knocking our socks off with a review of OOP and OOP practices. The clarity was magnificent. The complicated was made simple. And - for the first time - at least to me - the concept of BINDEVENTS leapt from the drawing board into my tool box. We were on the edge of our seats.

Some of it was taped!

It is indeed good to be a VFP developer living in the city of Houston. Thanks and a tip of the hat to HAL-PC and the presenters at our SIG last night!
