Sounds to me like your bitmap isn't located where you're saying it's located since it's throwing an Exception like you've said. Fix that problem first and that might take care of the .Text not being right (possibly because the button just isn't instantiating correctly because of the image problem).

You could try posting your revised code here again ... you may have missed something.
