I just went to my old one.. I chose EXPORT.. And, in my new one.. I chose IMPORT.. And point to folder:
For DBX - the extension for messages
C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Local settings\application data\Identities\{C990F5B5-7294-4337-B435-3430A5874484}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
For WAB - the extension for adreess book
C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\application data\Microsoft\Address Book\myusername.wab
