It's shameful. American Drug Companies can cut licensing deals with Cuba for cancer drugs, I can can drive my car with petro from Iranian oil - but MS cannot (or won't - the price paid for a dropped monoloply action?:-) ship software to certain places. China but not Cuba? No wonder the stock is doing so good!:-).
