Some seem Farsi - but I do not know if they the dialect you are interested in. Pinto (in Israel) has, from what I understand, solved VFP->Hebrew.
We also have some Saudi participants on the UT that seem to have had success - but they are not Persian!:-) Check those links and if you can, fire a message to Pinto.
