I am not too familiar with encoding when it comes to webpage rendering. It appears that when I select Western European (View,Encoding in your IE menu) my page renders correctly but if I select unicode the text does not render correctly.
I am trying to write some spanish and I would like the accent to show up:

Café gratis

I use Response.WriteFile() to display a html file.
Is there any way I can specify what encoding to use in the html document or can I specify encoding in my aspx file?

Any links to encoding documentation would also be appreciated.
