There's no question that FPA is 'thinner' in size than it used to be, but that's mainly because of the general downward trends of FoxPro.

Fox will account for roughly half my consulting work by the end of the year, so I still intend to renew. They've had some decent introductory coverage to .NET, they still have decent articles by people like Drew Speedie on 'newer' VFP capabilities, and I'm sure that with VFP9 the content will probably increase a little.

I also like the on-line capability (if you sign up for that) - I can pull down an e-version from past issues.

That's less than six bucks a month - I spend more than that on boxes of Super Hot Tamales at the local candy store... ;)
