>What's interesting is that (as usual) the national weather service has issued a flash flood warning (already?) for Cumberland county due to the remnants of Hurricanes Bonnie and Charley but they have not issued any type of watch or warning for the hurricane itself. Also, they were not expected to hit until the end of this week and early Saturday... I guess the rain must be way ahead of the storm!
