What does not work for you?
BeforeNavigate has parameters
LPARAMETERS pdisp, url, flags, targetframename, postdata, headers, cancel
Where url is your hyperlink address
If you code hyperlink as vfp://c:\myapp\myform.scx just extract lcForm = SUBSTR(url,7,len(url)) and do form (lcForm)

and do't forget add CANCEL = .t. for avoid wrong navigation.
