You're probably experiencing printer buffer overflow.

If your using and issuing
SET PRINTER ON
SET DEVICE TO myprinter

It's probably good for only about 60 lines of text. After which you can issue
SET PRINTER OFF
SET DEVICE TO...

Then issue
SET PRINTER ON
SET DEVICE TO myprinter
statements again before printing the next 60 or so lines of text.

At least that has been my experience with printing with @ say statments.
