Thanks for the reply. After reviewing the suggestion I have decided to go with an XSLT transform on the C# side of things. I am out to do things the easy way. In this case accessing every XmlField, altering it, and returning it to the Adapter would be as much work as a Transform. However, in the long run it would be less maintainable. ie.. If there were a change in the client format, I would once again have to release my VFP code to 800 locations.
I guess sooner or later I would have to write a transform at the receiver end any way. I was just trying really hard to be lazy (at least at the beginning.)
