We generally distribute reports separately from the EXE, so we can make changes without sending a new EXE. Our users either have VFP and are encouraged to do reports or they don't, and it doesn't matter.
Concerning the landscape/portrait problems, I clear the EXPR field of everything EXCEPT the line about orientation. With GetPrinter() (or PROMPT), the user can change the printer to his/her network printer, or use his/her default printer without a problem, but the orientation is always correct.
