Actually, the biggest oil reserves in the world are in Canada ... The Athabasca Tar Sands (all those poor little dinosaurs struggling in the muck) ... It's just a bit more work getting it out than conventional oil ... but with the current oil prices, it all becomes more feasible again ...

(I thought Saudia Arabia had the most conventional oil reserves).
