I Update ".Net Framworks" by windows Update.
In VFP8 I can see Arabic for Collating in Tools/Options/Date but I can not to set it; In VFP9 I can not see it!
Why and what i must do?

Check you language in Control Panel->Language and Regional Setting->Advance Tab.
