I love the logical aspect of this sort of statement. Of course their system can do absolutely everything. That's out of the question.
The real point is how fast, how efficiently, how expensively?
I don't doubt for a moment that you can use RPG to write a program to run the world, or land a man on Jupiter.
You might bring Turing from the dead and ask him what his famous machine was capable of!
