ImageMan is a set of ActiveX components that you can integrate with VFP to do just what you want. As an example, we have integrated ImageMan in an application which is widely used by repair shops in Norway, and for instance our customers can scan invoices ot other documents which then are 'attached' to their service orders. ImageMan is not cheap, but you only need to buy one copy.
