>Hi All and specially Hillmar,

Instead of sending a message to "All", you can send to a particular member. It will still be visible for all.

>Hillmar , how can i use your audit trail solution when database is MS SQL server ?

I have no experience with SQL Server. The problem is that my solution relies specifically on features in the VFP database system - not in any programming on the "client side". This should guarantee that the triggers are always executed, but you need adjustments for other database engines.

In SQL Server, I would suggest that you first search for built-in capabilities, which SQL Server might have. If it has an audit-trail, it might be much easier to use it, instead of making your own.

To make your own, you would probably use triggers in SQL Server.

In both cases, I can't help you yet with the details.

Greetings,

Hilmar.
