I have subclassed the MM Framework's mmNavigationToolBar class and added several buttons for my application. Everything works fine until I try to set the ToolTipText for any of the buttons I have added. For instance, I added a button for New and set the ToolTipText to New. When I launch the form, I now receive the following error:

Invalid object name 'Message'

It looks like mmMessageManager is trying to do something with mmToolBar.LocalizeButton, but I am not using the localize feature of MM. If I clear the ToolTipText, the form again launches fine.

Any ideas are appreciated.
