Hi,

check your system's installed hardware RAM,
the RAM currently used by other applications,
the RAM vfp might be trying to use for the next operation,
the value of sys(3050) and the setting of the size of pagefile.

INcrease Pagefile or decrease Sys(3050)
(or diasble some RAM on machines > 512MB ;-)
