Has anybody used this _UserPriv class. What I'm trying to determine is if a user is at least a Power User. Using this class (in the Solutions Example), sample data below which to me is incorrect or at least not enough

In looking at the class code, I didn't see that it allowed for a general user. Anybody have something better?
