Hi Metin,

'Tongue-in-cheek' typically means that it was not meant to be taken completely seriously or it was meant facetiously, jokingly or to be amusing.

Of course, that doesn't mean that when you intend something to be taken 'tongue-in-cheek' that it is received that way! :o) I suppose there was some partial seriousness to my comments too. There are 'times' when I feel that way.
