Unfortunately, I don't believe so. Because of the nature of Web Services, you're always going to need some sort of "middle man". Reporting Services comes with a few (I'm sure your aware of these), but you're always going to see that download window using any of these. However, since this is an extensible product, you could always take control of the whole process and do it your self with custom code.
