What is the easiest way to copy a database structure from one DB to another, and optionally copy the records?

Is replication the answer? I'm not wanting to replicate an entire database. Or is there a built in SP that I can use that will give me a script to create the table?

Moving the records is no big deal, but if there is an easy shortcut to do this too, that'd be great.
