If it was Pentium Pro or PII than there is a floating point bug too (also Intel doesn't take it as an important bug).

We're running FPD2.6 on both a Pentium Pro 200 and a Pentium II 266 under both Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0. No problems in any of those environments. I suspect it's a memory allocation problem not the speed of the processor.
