Imo capitalization has important features. It makes words more readable and as a speed-reader that is very important to me! Also capitalization of proper nouns allows them to stand out.

Take a simple sustenance as an example.

Mickey Mouse drives a car.
Mickey Mouse drives a Car.

Greater emphasis is given to the name (rodent or otherwise) while car being a noun is in lower case, de-emphasizing its importance.

Giving equal importance to all nouns would be a different story. :)

A good reason to capitalize all nouns is that you have to understand grammar. :)
