Working with winforms right now. Got a long way to go on ADO.NET. I'm learning a framework in C# (CSLA), and with that framework you don't pass around datasets. The data gets mapped directly to properties within the business objects themselves. A dataReader is used when you retrieve data (for performance reasons), and a dataSet is used (I think) when the business object updates or inserts to the server. I'd like to use stored procedures to handle CRUD operations.
