typically small business owners do not care which language the application is written in.
So if you were gonna RAMP UP on something, I would suggest to you that
you RAMP up on your external marketing program for your company,
and get in the clients from an enhanced sales activity. You may want to engage a marketing company for a short period of time, or hire out a contract outside sales team [once you've taken care of the good pitch]

The flip side of this ? Savvy small businesses who DID make the time and effort to do the research, find that anything with sql server, let alone dot net, is just too huge of an infrastruture upfront cost and will stay away from 'that new thing' .
