I have several clients who operate Courier businesses 24/7 - offsite backup is a major problem as none of these clients have IT staff or indeed any staff who can be trusted to ensure that backups are taken offsite on a regular basis - although tape backups are taken overnight the time taken to find another machine quickly to restore a tape backup could damage the ability to get the business back on its feet

What I need is the ability to take hourly backups offsite - I do this with a couple of clients with web based hourly backups of crucial data of approx 250mb - any more would be very expensive

What advice would anyone give to hourly backups of data volumes in excess of 10gb - or to be fair the changes to the data which occur in that time frame using methods other than the web

Such as dedicated external servers using VPN etc - what's the experience out there?
