It's Essential Suite 2.1 from a company called Syncfusion. The suite bundles a Grid (very cool features), Chart (2D charting), Tools (GUI controls), Diagram (flow, org, etc.) and a few others into one package or you can get them individually. They have a 30 day demo with some easy to run samples that show off its capabilities. Support plan looks good. Heck they even responded to my question in less than 24 hours via the online Direct-Trac support system and that was me using the demo version!

There's even a demo that mimics the VS2003 IDE. Not totally functional of course, but, with some coding and determination, one could probably complete it :)
