we use TS since NT We like it a lot its mutch easier for administration.
the only problem is if there are to many users on one mashine.
evey user uses memory and processor time.

you may need a very poverfulle maschine and lots of memory 2 GB or more

If you use citriy its more expansive but you can connect 2 to 10 PC to build a powerfull cluster that will give you more performance and securety.

BUt its at leat 4 times as expansive as the Server 2003 because you need some Workshops to set it up.

its the more profesional solution.

what all of my customers say is that they like it to install an aplication on one server and everybody can have it in the same second. Be aware of the licence situation with the differnt software products It is not 1 licence if 20 users start using the word at the same time on the TS its 20 !!!!

i wouls sugest you try a server 2003 setup fist al loook in the amout of connectinst that you need to see how powerfull the hardware must be.

we put all aplicaion on a fas local harddisk to speed performance and we use mashines with 2 Processors and 50 % more memory as the calultion of needed memory showed to avoid swappin on HD.
