i am really fedup...donno whats going on

as i said i tried it on Win Xp , with vfp 7.0 and soap toolkit 2.0 at my home.

today i tried same on a Xp machine in my offiece (which is on network).
it didn't work...boooooohhhh!!!!

it gave me following error while generating script

Error generating intellesense scripts. check for a valid wsdl url location or invalid wsdl content. the wsdl file may have also been in use--try regenerating the web services file agai

can anybody give me some..clue....
