Whenever I use those tool, it will not successfully
port or change the schema successfully.

It seem like those tool don't help to port user account
as script file generated by those tools had error with
missing user account on the target system and other problem
like table relationship and other.

Therefore, I like to know normally what step must I
do initally before using those tools to avoid those
tedious and time consuming hours on solving those
problem reported by those tools.

Any advise is welcome.
I am new to these area and my first
time doing data migration from a TEST system
to a LIVE system (to do LIVE system schema the same
and TEST system data the same)
