Well, yes I did make a nice German Cheescake just the other day! Quark, and six eggs for the filling and a special flour from Germany with 5 eggs to make the crust. It stood about 4" high but it seems to have evaporated!

I make up for my decadence by eating a small breakfast and lunch. And then there is German Cheesecake! :)

A few Raspberries around the delicacy with just the right placement qualifies this work of art as “Health Food”! :)
