A few weeks ago, I decided to do some reminiscing, and ordered the KC Chiefs 1995 video highlights. It came in the mail yesterday, and watched it last night...over, and over, and over again.

What a memorable year...3 come-from-behind OT wins at Arrowhead (against the Giants, Raiders, and Chargers on the famous MNF game). I had forgotten that Mitch Holthus' nickname for Tamarick Vanover was 'the walking stick of dynamite.'. I still prefer his nickname for Dante ("the human joystick").

And what a defense (and if memory serves, that was Gunther Cunningham's first year as DC - hopefully he'll work similar wonders this season). It's hard to believe a team that looked so good (even better than last season) wound up blowing it in the playoffs.

Less than a month to go - my favorite time of the year.
