I have several textboxes that aren't working at the moment. For
example, let's take the txtPhone class.

txtPhone.InputMask = '(999) 999-9999'
txtPhone.Format = 'RT'

If the data is filled in programatically, it works fine. However, if
it isn't, or if I blank out the data, I can't type into the field.
What incredibly obvious thing am I missing this time?
