Is there an easy whay to get the list of the files in a project.

1. at minium I would like a list of files and thier catagory, i.e.
databases
database list of tables
free tables list of tables
etc
docouments
forms list of forms
reports list of reports
etc
etc

2. it would also be nice to get their discription, path, and if they are excluded

3. it would be nice to able to specify which list to get, i.el document/forms. etc
