Hi Donna and Jill,

It doesn't matter what account is used to install your application as long as it has access rights required to do that. However by default application is installed for the current user only. Any other user trying to run application would get an error you describe.
In the installshield Express project you can allow 'Show All Users Option' on the Customer Information Dialog and user than can install your application for all users.
