I have a grid bound to a table. I have cell selection disabled. When the user double clicks on a row, I want to know which record is selected. I am setting a textbox to tablename.fieldname in the double click event of the grid. This always returns the first record. I can't find any property for selected on the grid. What stupid mistake am I making???

Referring to the data in the underlying RecordSource should work in the grid's dblClick() event. I have grid classes ( AllowCellSelection = .F. ) set up to launch an editing form from the grid's dblClick() and the form is always on the correct record. Can you post the code that you have in the grid's dblClick()? It is probably a typo.
