If you're talking about the capitalisation, then I doubt it's worth the time. It's really a minor cosmetic annoyance, and I can't see them spending much time on it. If you're talking about having Replace operate in the code window the same way it does in the command window, then I'm sure it's 'by design', and not an error - even if it is less than completely helpful design.
