¿Has medido que se trata específicamente del comando SQL - SELECT?
Si es que sí, hay que averiguar qué otras cosas podrían variar; por ejemplo, algún comando SET. El más relevante me parece SET DELETED, pero podría haber alguno más que varía, y que podría afectar los resultados, tales como SET EXACT o SET ANSI.
