Hi all, I'm trying to create a simple text to speech programme that will load in the availible voices into a drop down list and allow the user to enter text into a text box and choose a voice for the play back of the text. I have been looking at using the IspVoice setvoice function but am confused as to hopw this works, Does anyone know anything about this or of a place on the web where this question may be better suited.
